Where is the store located?
We are located in Southern California.
Where Do You Ship Your Products from?
Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China. This means that products may be shipped separately if you order more than one item. Therefore, please understand that products ordered together may not all arrive at the same time. Do you ship internationally?

Will I be charged customs fees?
Since our products are shipped globally, you might be charged customs fees depending on your location. After a product is shipped, we are not responsible for customs fees. When you purchase a product through the store, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any customs fees incurred in its delivery.
How long do deliveries take?
We try our best to deliver your orders as soon as possible. The order process may take from one to seven days. Since the products can be shipped from different locations, the delivery will take from two to eight weeks. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at DTS@classyds.com.
Note: Due to the high volume of shipments during the holidays, please order your product(s) well in advance to ensure that they arrive on time.
What is the store’s refund and exchange policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, please notify us within 14 days after delivery. The only customer that reach out to us within 14 days can return a product or exchange for a new product. Since we provide free worldwide shipping, you need to pay for any return or exchange products. After we receive your product(s), we can fully refund your money or make an exchange for a new product. Therefore, make sure that you are ordering the correct item(s). We encourage all customers to check their order(s) before confirming them.
Can I cancel or change my order?
It is possible for you to cancel or change your order(s) before a product has been fulfilled and shipped. Once a product is fulfilled and shipped, you cannot cancel or change your order(s). Thus, if you wish to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Debit Card, all major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
How do I know my size?
It is important to understand that each product has its own measurements. Also, sizes may vary depending on where in the world the clothes come from. For example, Asian clothes are smaller than European and US clothes.
